Evaluation method of spray disinfection effect
1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation method of spray disinfection effect.
This standard applies to the evaluation of disinfection effects of disinfectants and disinfection instruments using spray methods.
2 terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Spray disinfection
Through mechanical force or other modes of action, the disinfectant can form water droplets or atomize into aerosols, which can infect the surface of the object or the air.
Way of disinfection.
2.2
Confinedmovingsmalspace
A relatively closed environment with a volume less than or equal to 20m3.
3 Evaluation principles
3.1 Test group
Evaluation of spray disinfection effect includes laboratory test, simulated field test and field test. Laboratory tests are required and simulated field tests
And field test is optional.
3.2 Microbial killing indicators
3.2.1 Laboratory test killing microorganism indicators
See Table 1 for laboratory test microbiological indicators.
Table 1 Microbiological indicators for laboratory tests
Use range to indicate the logarithmic value of strain kill
Object surface disinfection
Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC6538) ≥ 3.00
E. coli (8099) ≥ 3.00
Pseudomonas aeruginosa (ATCC15442) ≥ 3.00
Air disinfection Staphylococcus aureus (8032) ≥ 3.00
If it is marked to have a killing effect on a specific microorganism, the killing test of the microorganism should be performed, and the killing logarithm value is greater than or equal to 3.00.
3.2.2 Microbiological indicators for simulated field tests
See Table 2 for indicators of simulated field tests to kill microorganisms.
