1 Scope
This standard specifies the principles and format requirements for the preparation of thermoplastic elastomer premix grades.
This standard applies to thermoplastic elastomer premixes.

GB/T 22027 Thermoplastic Elastomer Nomenclature and Acronyms
3 Branding principles
3.1 The expression of thermoplastic elastomer premix grades should be concise and general.
And feature information, you can add some additional information if necessary.
3.2 When two or more synthetic thermoplastic elastomers are used as a base material to produce a premix, the letter of the base material category with the largest mass fraction
It is the category letter of the premixed grade; when there are two or more substrates and the mass fraction is the same, the substrate category letters are ordered by the English alphabet
In order, the letter of the first substrate category is the category letter of the premix grade.
3.3 The category letters shall meet the requirements of GB/T 22027.
Note. The category letter A represents polyamide-based thermoplastic elastomer, C represents copolyester-based thermoplastic elastomer, O represents olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer, and S generation

4 Format requirements
The grade of the thermoplastic elastomer premix generally consists of 8 characters;
The first character. category letter information of synthetic thermoplastic elastomers. The category letters should comply with the provisions of GB/T 22027.
The second character. indicates the processing method, 1 for extrusion, 2 for injection molding, 3 for both extrusion and injection molding, and 4 for blow molding.
The third and fourth characters. the hardness value.
The fifth character. indicates the Shore hardness unit, A stands for Shore A, D stands for Shore D.
The sixth character. indicates the color, black is B, white is W, natural color is N, transparent is T, and other is O.
The seventh and eight characters. feature information added by each company.
There is a need to add ninth and tenth company characteristic symbols.
