3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 21534 apply to this document.
4 General
4.1 The evaluation index system consists of primary and secondary indicators. It is also possible to establish three or more levels of indicators based on evaluation needs and wastewater characteristics.
4.2 The primary indicators should include at least technical indicators, economic indicators, environmental indicators and resource indicators.
4.3 The secondary or multi-level indicators under the primary indicators should be selected according to the evaluation needs and the characteristics of the wastewater, and the number of indicators can be appropriately increased or decreased.
4.4 Evaluation indicators should be selected representative indicators that can reflect the main characteristics of the proposed evaluation technology, and the indicators should not be overlapped.
4.5 For quantitative indicators, the availability of data to be evaluated should be fully considered. The indicators should be as concise and clear as possible.
Calculation.
5 Heavy metal wastewater treatment and reuse technology evaluation index system
5.1 First-level indicators
5.1.1 Technical indicators reflect the characteristics of the proposed technology in terms of technical performance, high efficiency and stability, and operational management. Including advanced technology
Secondary indicators such as sex, process maturity, heavy metal removal rate, impact load resistance, operational complexity, and operational safety.
5.1.2 Economic indicators reflect the economic characteristics of the proposed evaluation technology in terms of investment costs and operating costs. Including unit construction investment, units
Two-level indicators such as operating expenses and unit floor space.
5.1.3 Environmental indicators reflect environmental characteristics such as the positive and negative impacts of the proposed technology on the environment. Including, heavy metal reduction
The second-level indicators such as the rate and the amount of hazardous waste generated by the unit.
5.1.4 Resource indicators reflect the characteristics of the proposed evaluation techniques in terms of recycling useful and scarce resources. Including wastewater reuse rate, metal resources
