1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements and operational management requirements for water conservation management in public institutions.
This standard applies to public institutions, and other institutions that provide similar social service functions may refer to implementation.

A measure of the performance level of a public agency's water management.

Measurement, calculation, comparison and analysis of water-saving management performance indicators in accordance with predetermined standards, procedures and methods.
4 basic requirements
4.1 Public institutions should establish water and water management positions, clarify responsibilities and allocate appropriate resources.
4.2 Public institutions should abide by the laws, regulations, policies, standards and other requirements related to water and water conservation, and formulate appropriate water-saving policies and measures.
