1 Scope
This standard specifies the evaluation indicators for cloud service quality.
This standard is applicable to provide a method for cloud service providers to evaluate their own cloud service quality, and for cloud service customers to select cloud service providers.

4 Evaluation indicator description
4.1 Overview
This standard characterizes cloud service quality with features such as security, availability, reliability, responsiveness, satisfaction, and affordability. Each feature pack
Contains several indicators. This standard uses evaluation indicators to show the requirements for all of these characteristics. Cloud service quality evaluation indicators according to cloud service quality
The characteristics of each are described, and the specific indicators are shown in Figure 1.
Evaluation participants generally refer to cloud service providers, cloud service customers, or third parties. In the implementation of the evaluation, the evaluation participants refer to the evaluation indicators.
The reference value given in the index determines the index of the indicator, and then weights the index of the indicator and the weight of the indicator to obtain the final total score. Means
The weight of the target is negotiated and agreed by the evaluation participants. The usage of the indicator can be found in Appendix A.
In view of the fact that the factors involved in security are too many and varied, they need to comply with national laws and regulations and related standards as well as the specifics of cloud service recipients.
