1 Scope

This standard specifies the evaluation indicators for cloud service quality. This standard is applicable to provide a method for cloud service providers to evaluate their own cloud service quality, and for cloud service customers to select cloud service providers. 4 Evaluation indicator description

4.1 Overview This standard characterizes cloud service quality with features such as security, availability, reliability, responsiveness, satisfaction, and affordability.
