Offshore platform crane test procedures
1 Scope
This standard specifies the project, method, inspection, qualification judgment and test report of the functional test and bench test of the offshore platform crane.
This standard applies to all types of offshore platform crane tests.
This standard does not apply to special types of cranes and hangers and/or emergency escape devices such as wave compensation.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 3893, GB/T 37443 and ISO 4306-1 apply to this document.
4 Test load and parameters
4.1 The test load of the crane shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 22415.
4.2 The measurement of the test speed and time parameters of the crane shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 22414.
5 functional test
5.1 Test conditions
5.1.1 The functional test can be carried out without the crane wearing the wire rope.
5.1.2 The following checks should be carried out before the functional test.
a) The accuracy range and validity period of the test instruments and meters meet the requirements;
b) reliable and firm connection of crane equipment and equipment;
c) Check that the electrical wiring is correct;
d) Electrical cold insulation inspection.
5.1.3 The following checks should be carried out after the functional test.
