1 Scope
This part of GB/T 37363 specifies the use of liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry to determine triclosan in paints.
(2,4,4'-Trichloro-2'-hydroxydiphenyl ether, CASNo.. 3380-34-5) Principle of content, reagents and materials, equipment, samples, test steps
Steps, test data processing, detection limit, precision and test report.
This section applies to the determination of triclosan content in coatings. The determination of triclosan content in coating film and coating materials can also refer to this
section.

3 Principle
Liquid chromatography. Use methanol as the extraction solvent to extract triclosan in the sample by a combination of ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal separation, and use liquid
Liquid chromatography (LC) is used for detection, qualitatively by retention time and quantified by external standard method.
Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry. use methanol as the extraction solvent, and use a combination of ultrasonic extraction and centrifugal separation to extract the sample
The triclosan was detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry/mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), qualitatively by retention time and selected ion, and quantified by external standard method.
Note 1.Other confirmed suitable solvents can also be selected as extraction solvents.
Note 2.Liquid chromatography in this section includes high performance liquid chromatography, ultra high performance liquid chromatography, etc.
4 Reagents and materials
Unless otherwise specified, only reagents of analytical purity and above are used in the analysis.
4.1 Triclosan. The mass fraction is not less than 98%, or the purity is known.
4.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
4.3 Ammonium acetate. chromatographically pure.
4.4 Standard stock solution. about.200μg/mL, weigh about 0.02g of triclosan (4.1), accurate to 0.1mg, and place it in a 100mL volumetric flask
(5.6), dilute to the mark with methanol (4.2). The standard stock solution is stored under 4℃ and protected from light, and the validity period is 30d.
