1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of vitamin B2, vitamin B3 and vitamin B6 in toothpaste.

GB/T 6682 Analytical laboratory water specifications and test methods
3 Principle
The sample was extracted with water, precipitated with acetone, determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and characterized by retention time and quantified by external standard method.
4 reagents or materials
4.1 Water. Primary water specified in GB/T 6682.
4.2 Concentrated hydrochloric acid. analytically pure.
4.3 Formic acid. liquid chromatography grade.
4.4 Methanol. Liquid chromatography grade.
4.5 Acetone. liquid chromatography grade.
4.6 Sodium heptane sulfonate. excellent grade.
4.7 Acetone solution. Accurately measure 10 mL of acetone (4.5) and 90 mL of water and mix.
4.8 Hydrochloric acid solution. Accurately measure 100 mL of concentrated hydrochloric acid (4.2) and slowly pour into 100 mL of water and mix.
4.9 Sodium heptane sulfonate solution. Accurately weigh 1.0 g of sodium heptane sulfonate (4.6), dissolve it in 950 mL of water, adjust to formic acid (4.3) to
pH=2.5, make up to 1L with water. Filter through a 0.45 μm filter.
4.10 Reference substance. vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid, nicotinamide) and vitamin B6 (pyridoxal hydrochloride, pyridoxine, pyridinium hydrochloride
Indoleamine, purity ≥99%, its Chinese name, English name, CAS registration number, molecular formula, see Table A.1 in Appendix A.
4.11 riboflavin stock solution (0.25mg/mL). weigh 25mg (accurate to 0.1mg) riboflavin reference substance (4.10) with analytical balance, add
2 mL of hydrochloric acid solution (4.8), after sonication, transfer to a 100 mL brown volumetric flask with water and bring to volume. Stock solution at 0 ° C ~

4.12 Nicotinic acid, nicotinamide, pyridoxal, pyridoxine, pyridoxamine stock solution (1mg/mL each). accurately weigh 0.1g (accurate to 0.1mg) phase
The corresponding reference substance (4.10) should be placed in a 100 mL brown volumetric flask, dissolved in water, and dilute to the mark to prepare a concentration of 1 mg/mL.

Note. When pyridoxal hydrochloride or pyridoxamine hydrochloride is used as a reference, the concentration of the solution is converted to pyridoxal or pyridoxamine.
