3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Chip washer
Used to remove non-specific adsorption material on the microarray chip and impurities in the buffer to eliminate interference, facilitate the adsorption of specific substances
Quality identification.
Note. with lotion supply, lotion temperature control, chip incubation cleaning, lotion discharge and chip drying and other functions.
3.2
Microarray Biochip microarray
An array of multiple micro-processing units capable of processing information in a biological sample in parallel on a planar matrix support is set in an array.
3.3
Chip drying drying
The method of removing the residual lotion on the cleaned microarray chip by a specific way prevents the salt dissolved in the lotion after it is dissolved
Even non-specifically adsorbed fluorescent substances remain on the surface of the chip.
3.4
Wash residue residueofreactionsolution
After the chip drying step is completed, the degree of wash residue on the surface of the chip active area (probe-immobilized microarray area) is measured.
4 requirements
4.1 normal working conditions
Test under the following conditions.
