1 Scope
This standard specifies the performance of liquid chromatography - quadrupole mass spectrometry test methods.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 32264, GB/T 32267 and defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Linear correlation coefficient linearcorrelationcoefficient
A parameter that characterizes the linear correlation between response area and analyte concentration.
4 Reagents and standards
Unless otherwise specified, all solvents are chromatographic grade. The following reagents should be used, according to the instrument when used to the appropriate dilution
concentration.
4.1 reserpine standard solution, 1.0μg/mL.
4.2 polypropylene glycol (PPG) 450 solution, 3.6μg/mL.
4.3 PPG1000 solution, 3.6 μg/mL.
4.4 PPG2000 solution, 3.6 μg/mL.
4.5 Chloramphenicol, 99.7%.
4.6 Methanol, acetonitrile, isopropanol, formic acid.
4.7 water, Milipore ultrapure water.

5 laboratory environmental conditions
5.1 should be clean, dust-free, non-flammable, explosive and highly corrosive gases or reagents, good ventilation.
5.2 indoor temperature .15 ℃ ~ 30 ℃; relative humidity less than 75%.
5.3 instrument table should be smooth, no strong mechanical vibration and electromagnetic interference around.
