3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 35221, GB/T 35224 defined by the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Precipitation precipitationamount
Unpublished, infiltrated, lost rainfall over a period of time, the depth of accumulation in the horizontal plane.

4 basic requirements
4.1 Observation content
