1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of high-voltage DC switch capacitors, conditions of use, testing, design and structural safety, signs, Installation and operation requirements. This standard applies to the high-voltage direct current (HVDC) DC converter station converter for high-voltage DC switch and breaking device Capacitor cells and capacitor banks in parallel auxiliary circuits.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 2900.16 and GB/T 13498 define the following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Capacitor element (or element) capacitorelement (orelement) A component consisting of a dielectric and two electrodes separated by it.
