Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 34272-2017 "Safety Specifications for Small Amusement Facilities". Compared with GB/T 34272-2017, the main differences are in the structural design. Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. ---The scope has been changed, and the scope of non-applicability of the standard has been expanded (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2017 edition); ---The definition of small amusement facilities has been changed, and the definitions of handrails, guardrails, fences, easy access, and difficult access have been removed (see section 3). (Chapters 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, and 3.6 of the.2017 edition) ---The requirements for flood prevention design have been changed (see 4.1.3, 5.1.4 in the.2017 version); ---The environmental requirements have been changed (see 4.1.4, 5.1.5 in the.2017 version); ---A definition of visibility has been added (see 4.1.5), and the requirement for invisible sections of straight slides and spiral slides has been removed (see the.2017 version). 5.1.6); ---The platforms, walkways, and other components of small amusement rides should have anti-slip measures (see 4.1.6); ---The requirement has been added that there should be no dark areas in the play area of small amusement facilities during use (see 4.1.7); ---Added requirement that small amusement facilities with climbing and fall hazards should have anti-climb design (see 4.1.8); ---The basic requirements for materials have been revised, incorporating clauses from the original standard's general principles (see 4.2.1, Chapter 4 of the.2017 edition); ---The limits for hazardous substances have been changed; the lead content in coatings has been changed to total lead content, and the phthalate content has been changed (see 4.2.3). The.2017 version (4.3) added requirements for formaldehyde emission from engineered wood products (see 4.2.3); ---The structural integrity of small amusement facilities with a platform height not exceeding 3000mm should be determined using design calculations and physical measurements. 1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements, product labeling and user manuals, inspection and usage management for small amusement rides, and describes... The corresponding experimental methods were developed. This document applies to small amusement facilities for children aged 3 to 14 years in public places, which are similar in structure and intended for adult use. For facility information, please refer to this document. This document does not apply to fitness equipment, sports equipment, and household activity toys.
