1 Scope
This standard specifies a gas conversion measurement method for the volumetric vacuum pump water vapor tolerance.
This standard applies to straight air, and the base pressure of less than 100Pa pump.

An appropriate amount of non-condensable gas (town gas) is introduced into the compression chamber of the pump to avoid or reduce the generation of cold in the compressed process
