3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Waste chlorine wastechlorine
Waste relief chlorine and chlorine production, using the system generated residual chlorine cylinders or liquid chlorine storage tank as well as open parking process produces

4.1.1 Principle
Waste chlorine and dilute alkali chemical reaction to produce sodium hypochlorite. The chemical reaction equation is as follows.
