This document is in accordance with the rules of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 31790-2015 "Potato spindle tuber viroid quarantine identification method" and is consistent with GB/T 31790-2015.
In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added “Taxonomic information of important viroids of Solanaceae crops” (see Chapter 4);
b) Added “Method Principles” (see Chapter 5);
c) "Reagents" has been changed (see 6.1, 3.3 of the.2015 edition);
d) "Instruments and equipment" has been changed (see 6.2, 3.1 of the.2015 edition);
e) "Utensils" has been changed (see 6.3, 3.2 of the.2015 edition);
f) Added "Sample Preparation" (see Chapter 7);
g) Changed “Result Determination” (see Chapter 9, Chapter 5 of the.2015 edition);
h) “Reciprocating two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (R-PAGE)” was deleted (see Appendix B of the.2015 edition).
