3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Fresh leaves freshleaves
From tea varieties suitable system [Camelliasinensis (L.) Kuntze] shoot on picking for all types of tea processing of raw materials.
3.2
Tenderness tenderness
Tea shoots degree of growth and development.
3.3
Evenness evenness
Fresh leaf shoots uniform composition degree.
3.4
Clarity neatness
Fresh leaf teas containing inclusions (fruit tea, old leaves, etc.) and the number of non-tea inclusions.

Freshness freshness
After picking fresh leaves to maintain the original chemical and physical properties of degree.
