1 Scope

3.1 Principle
Sample water as solvent by ultrasonic extraction, centrifugation, through 0.45μm membrane filter with a diode array detector with high performance liquid chromatography

3.2 Reagents and Standards
3.2.1 Unless otherwise stated, all reagents were of analytical grade, water GB/T 6682 provided a water.
3.2.2 Methanol. chromatographically pure.
3.2.3 ammonium acetate solution (0.02mol/L). Weigh 1.54g ammonium acetate, add water to 1000mL dissolved through 0.45μm membrane filter.
3.2.4 ethanol.
