Summary This standard specifies for industrial liquid lubricants and related fluid viscosity classification system, suitable for use as lubricants, hydraulic fluids, electrical insulating oil and other industrial liquid lubricants. Kinematic viscosity is usually specified by GB/T 265 determination, but may come to an anomalous result for the non-Newtonian fluid (ie, coefficient of viscosity with increasing shear rate and significant changes in the liquid).
