This document replaces GB/T 30359-2013 "Bee Pollen": Compared with GB/T 30359-2013, except for structural adjustments and editorial changes
In addition, the main technical changes are as follows:
a) Changed the scope of application (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2013 edition);
b) the entries for "pollen wall" and "wall-breaking bee pollen" in terms and definitions are deleted (see 3:1, 3:2 and 3:6 of the:2013 edition);
c) Deleted the item of peroxide value (in terms of fat) in Table 2 (see 4:2 of the:2013 edition);
d) Modified the index of moisture in Table 2, unified to be less than or equal to 10:0g/100g (see 4:2, 4:2 of the:2013 edition);
e) The first method for the determination of pollen rate of a single species of bee pollen is deleted, and the second method is retained as the test method (see 5:2:3,:2013):
