Compared with GB/T 30290.4-2013, the main technical changes in the "Standard" are as follows, except for structural adjustments and editorial modifications.
a) The terms "vehicle tracking," "vehicle location," and "signal acquisition" and their definitions (see 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 in the.2013 edition) have been removed, and the following have been added.
The terms "Vehicle Information Service Center," "Emergency Rescue Terminal," "Acceleration Sensor Unit," and "Emergency Rescue Signal Detection Unit" have been added.

The performance indicators (see 5.3.1 and 5.3.4, and 5.3.1 and 5.3.2 in the.2013 version) have been revised, removing "signal acquisition and control" and "information processing and control".
The sections "Interfaces," "Information Security and Interfaces," and "Information Exchange Protocols" (see sections 5.3.3, 5.3.4, 5.3.5, and 5.3.6 of the.2013 edition) have been updated.
The data acquisition frequency, data storage capacity, wake-up duration, emergency rescue signal input threshold, and mute control signal input threshold were all included.
The "out-of-threshold" performance metrics (see 5.3.2, 5.3.3, 5.3.5, 5.3.6, and 5.3.7);
f) The 36V power supply voltage adaptability requirement in "Power Supply Voltage" and the short-circuit protection requirement in "Safety Protection" have been removed (see.2013).
In versions 5.4.1 and 5.4.3, the "Polarity Protection" and "Overvoltage Protection" settings will be changed to "Power Supply Polarity Reversal" respectively.

The specifications for "impact protection" and "enclosure protection" have been revised, and the corresponding performance indicators have been modified (see 5.5.2, 5.5.3, 5.5.4 and 5.7, 5.5.2 in the.2013 edition).
Versions 5.5.3, 5.5.4, and 5.5.5 were updated, and the corresponding performance testing methods were changed (see versions 6.6.5, 6.6.6, 6.6.7, and 6.8,.2013 edition).
