3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 Requirements
4.1 normal operating conditions of the instrument
The instrument should work under the following conditions.

b) Relative humidity. less than 85%;
c) Power supply. 220V ± 22V, 50Hz ± 1Hz;
d) away from the mechanical vibration and shock;
e) no strong electromagnetic interference.
4.2 Appearance
The appearance of the instrument shall meet the following requirements.
Appearance a) the instrument should be smooth, surface coating, no coating peeling, scratches, dirt and exposed at the end;
