This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the size of aircraft operating space cooperation and joint filling of liquid oxygen.
2 Requirements
2.1 connector with the size
Part liquid oxygen filling joints shall be capable of mating with the ground part. Joint with the size and structure of the ground section shall comply with Figure 1 and Table 1
Provisions.
Note 1. The valve spring seal means having the following properties can be used a pressing position in the axial direction.
a) spring stiffness for each force-displacement 10N 1.3mm ± 0.29mm (per 1bf displacement 0.0228in ± 0.005in);
b) in the fully engaged position, the ends of the sealing area should be in all positions on the X dimension, that is, from 10.1mm to 25mm (0.398in to
0.985in) in the range of air tight, and when an X dimension of 12mm (0.47in) when, at the joint portion of the machine should 22.2daN ±
2.2daN (50lbf ± 5lbf) clamping force. When X in any of its value within the allowable range, the pressing force should not exceed 35.6daN
(80lbf);
c) 12.7mm (0.5in) contact points sealing means for the realization of this intention and assumes standard measure diameter;
d) sealing the area between the diameter d2 and d4.
Note 2. In the non-connection position, having the following characteristics can be used to enhance the pinch valve spring.
a) spring stiffness daN force displacement per 5mm ± 0.57mm (lbf per shift 0.0876in ± 0.01in);
B) When the poppet valve of the corresponding surface of the front surface of the sealing device just stand up, spring-loaded force at 2.67daN ± 0.22daN (6lbf ± 0.5lbf);
c) allow the poppet valve travel into the sealing device 2mm (0.08in).
Note 3. The three available fastener diameter uniform distribution shown in FIG is 4.09mm ~ 3.85mm (0.161in ~ 0.151in) of the latch lock.
