Foreword
GB/T 29613 "rubber pyrolysis gas chromatography" is divided into two parts.
--- Part 1. Polymer (single and with) the identification;
--- Part 2. styrene/butadiene/isoprene ratio measurement.
This is Part 2 GB/T 29613 of.
This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This section uses the translation method identical with ISO 7270-2.2012 "Rubber pyrolysis gas chromatography - Part 2. Styrene/D
Diene/isoprene ratio determination. "
This part is proposed by the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.
This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee rubber and rubber products, Common test methods for Club (SAC/TC35/SC2) centralized.

1 Scope
This section GB/T 29613 specifies the use of pyrolysis gas chromatography measurement to copolymer rubber in raw, uncured rubber, vulcanized rubber
Thereof, a homopolymer and (or) the form of a copolymer of styrene (ST)/butadiene (BD)/isoprene (IP) ratios.
This section applies to the determination of styrene/butadiene/isoprene copolymers or terpolymers and mixtures thereof.
Note 1. The test requires the use of personnel in this section should have some theoretical knowledge and practical experience to be able to properly operate in accordance with this section and analysis
test results.
Note 2. The resin will be affected by the high sulfur content and use of this method for the determination of styrene/butadiene/isoprene ratio.

ISO 1407.2011 Rubber - Determination of solvent extract (Rubber-Determinationofsolventextract)
Principle 3
First, according to the known styrene (ST)/butadiene (BD)/isoprene (IP) and the ratio of the gas chromatogram of the sample, lysate assay
Each component (styrene, butadiene and isoprene) as a percentage of the sum of the three-component, calibration curve.
Under the same conditions as unknown samples and analyzing the cleavage products of pyrolysis, the samples according to the calibration curve determined styrene, butadiene
And isoprene ratio.
