Compared with GB/T 28712.1-2012, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The nominal diameter range of the floating-head internal diversion heat exchanger has been increased from 1900mm to 2600mm (see Chapter 1);
b) The nominal diameter range of the floating head condenser has been increased from 1800mm to 2200mm (see Chapter 1);
c) Added parameters for heat exchange tubes of non-ferrous metals such as nickel, zirconium and their alloys (see 5.2);
d) Added the baffle spacing parameter for the nominal diameter range of the floating head internal flow heat exchanger from 1900mm to 2600mm (see
5.3);
e) Added the nominal diameter parameters of the pipe for the nominal diameter range of the 6000mm tube length condenser from.2000mm to 2200mm (see
5.5.2);
f) The bypass baffle requirement is deleted (see 5.7 of the.2012 edition).

Introduction
GB/T 28712 "Heat exchanger types and basic parameters" aims to standardize the typical structural types of heat exchangers used in the energy industry, fully considering the installation
In line with the development trend of large-scale installations, taking into account the product standards and construction level of my country's heat exchangers, the applicable range of parameters and their supporting dimensions are clarified. consider
The functions, structures, and parameters of different heat exchangers are obviously different, and they are composed of six parts.
---Part 1.Floating head heat exchanger.
---Part 2.Fixed tube plate heat exchanger.
---Part 3.U-shaped tube heat exchanger.
---Part 4.Thermosiphon reboiler.
---Part 5.Spiral plate heat exchanger.
---Part 6.Air-cooled heat exchanger.
Heat exchanger type and basic parameter standards are of great significance to the realization of standardization, serialization, generalization and scale of heat exchangers in my country.
righteous. For large-volume and wide-ranging heat exchanger products, the standardization of their structures and parameters can first promote the standardization of product construction, improve design quality,
efficiency; secondly, it can save tools, tooling, material consumption and backlog in manufacturing and use; finally, it can facilitate users to select and use products.
Replacement, repair and interchange. In recent years, the construction of large-scale refining and chemical integration projects in our country has entered a period of rapid development. As a typical energy-consuming equipment
The usage of heat exchangers has increased significantly; the large-scale installation has pushed the structural size of heat exchangers to new heights, and the demand for large-scale single equipment is increasing.
Outstanding; the construction and implementation of a large number of engineering projects has accumulated rich experience in design, manufacturing and engineering application for the construction of heat exchangers. at the same time,
GB/T 151 "Heat Exchanger" has also been revised accordingly, forming for the first time a comprehensive product standard that comprehensively covers the typical structure of heat exchangers, and
Applicable parameters have been significantly adjusted. To this end, it is necessary to revise the heat exchanger type and basic parameter standards to adapt to industry and standard development.
exhibition needs.
This document focuses on the large-scale development needs of floating head heat exchangers. Through product design, production, use and standardization, etc.
The research and analysis have greatly expanded the types and basic parameters of floating-head internal diversion and external diversion heat exchangers and floating-head condensers, promoting the
The efficient selection, construction, maintenance and exchange of this type of products has a positive impact on implementing my country's "energy saving and emission reduction" strategy and promoting "green design"
significance.

1 Scope
This document specifies floating head type internal and external flow heat exchangers (hereinafter referred to as "heat exchangers") and floating head condensers (hereinafter referred to as
Condenser) type and basic parameters.
This document applies to the following heat exchangers and condensers.
a) Internal flow heat exchangers with a nominal diameter not greater than 2600mm and a nominal pressure not greater than 6.4MPa;
b) External flow heat exchangers with a nominal diameter not greater than 1000mm and a nominal pressure not greater than 4.0MPa;
c) Floating head condenser with a nominal diameter not greater than 2200mm and a nominal pressure not greater than 4.0MPa.
Note. The data in this document are based on the hook-and-loop floating head (S type) and do not involve the extractable floating head (T type).
