1 Scope

This standard specifies the principle of wind division and wind power rating. This standard applies to wind observation, forecasting and early warning and other business work and scientific research, as well as other industries and wind related areas.

2 terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 2.1 Wind speed windspeed The horizontal distance of air movement per unit time. Note. Commonly used units in meters per second (m/s), can also be used km/hour (km/h) or sea/hour (knot). 2.2 Wind windforce Wind strength, weather commonly used wind level, said the international commonly used Pu Fu Feng level said.
