1 Scope
This standard specifies the southern rice, rapeseed, citrus cryogenic hazards disaster classification and grading.
This standard applies to all levels of meteorology, agriculture, statistics, civil affairs departments to low temperature disaster monitoring, forecasting and assessment of alarms and release.
2 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
2.1
Temperature airtemperature
