1 Scope

This standard specifies the China Sea offshore wind warning level and publish specifications. This standard applies to our marine meteorological services, the relevant departments involved in marine operations can be performed with reference to this standard. This standard does not apply to tropical cyclones caused by offshore winds.

2 Terms and definitions
