4 evaluation system and requirements
4.1 Water-saving evaluation system includes basic business requirements, management assessment indicators and evaluation of the technical indicators.
4.2 water-saving enterprise basic requirements in Table 1.
4.3 water-saving enterprise management assessment indicators and requirements are shown in Table 2, the management assessment indicators scoring in Appendix A.
4.4 water-saving enterprise technical assessment indicators and requirements are shown in Table 3, the technical assessment index is calculated, see Appendix B.
