Sampling bias test methods
1 Scope
This standard specifies according to GB/T 25945-2010/ISO 8685. sampling, sample bias 1992 for bauxite procedural requirements check
Test methods.
This standard applies to bauxite sampling bias test.
NOTE. The method is also suitable in accordance with 25949-2010/ISO 6140 GB/T .1991 requirements for sample preparation, the standard deviation of the sample preparation
test.

3 General
3.1 Test method given in this standard, the test methods to be (called Method B) the obtained results with the standard method (referred to as method A),
The results were compared, from a technical point of view and experience that the test results Method A is not bias.
By statistically speaking, there is no significant difference in the results of Method A and Method B obtained in the case, the method can be used as a conventional B
method.
NOTE. In this standard, with a t-distribution (singlet) assess the deviation at 5% significance level, the difference between the test results to determine the method B and method A random
Occasional differences or statistical differences.
The number of samples tested in pairs at least 20 groups. The requested data set depends on the number of data set 20 and the standard deviation of the difference according to
Article 6 Determination of the deviation δ. Quality characteristics can be any physical or chemical quantity, is the most commonly used alumina, silica, and
Moisture. One can not always be measured deviation parameters to be measured and the deviation of the plurality of parameters, especially those receiving more attention after some
Parameters should ensure that no deviation. To test the quality characteristics to be determined before the start of the test. When parts of methods A and B samples taken from the neighborhood
When heap near bauxite, preparing and testing samples should be carried out separately on each of the parts like reduction points.
This standard does not apply to parts of the mixed sample data, sub-sample or population samples were compared.
Article 6 test data analysis procedure described also applies to different locations (such as loading and unloading to ground) collected samples of the same batch of material
Product results clearly possible deviations.
3.2 After conducting series of tests should be regular intervals and when there are changes in the quality of bauxite, repeat test; or when the device
When bauxite supply changes, but also the need for repeat testing.
