Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard is GB /Z 25841-2010 "1000kV Power System Relay Protection Technical Guidelines" revision, and GB /Z 25841-
2010, in addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the other voltage level 1000kV substation relay protection of the special requirements;
--- Communication Protocol to delete DL/T 667 requirements, leaving only to meet the requirements of DL/T 860;
--- Cancel the central signal contact output requirements;
--- 1000kV does not consider the smart station, delete the requirements of electronic transformers;
--- For the main line protection, instead of using only the current differential protection, and cancel the corresponding longitudinal distance protection requirements;
--- Line protection added to determine the zero sequence compensation factor requirements;
--- Line protection of non-full phase oscillation and failure occurred outside the assessment;
--- The main transformer, voltage regulator, compensation requirements change prepared separately;
--- Increase the on-load tap-changer protection requirements;
--- Increase 110kV busbar protection and capacitor protection action and start failure requirements;
--- Canceled in accordance with the order of reclosing requirements.
