GB/T 24809 "Crane institutional requirements" is divided into five sections.
--- Part 1. General;
--- Part 2. Mobile cranes;
--- Part 3. Tower cranes;
--- Part 4. jib cranes;
--- Part 5. Bridge and gantry cranes.
This is Part 3 GB/T 24809 of.
This part identical with ISO 10972-3.2003 "Cranes institutional requirements - Part 3. Tower cranes" (in English).
This section is equivalent translation ISO 10972-3.2003.
For ease of use, this section made the following editorial changes.

Part 3. Tower cranes
1 Scope
This section GB/T 24809 In addition to the provisions of the basic requirements of GB/T 24809.1 of the tower crane (hereinafter referred to as the tower machine)
Specific requirements for agencies and related components.
This section includes.
Layout, features and performance of a) institutions;
b) the basic requirements of the appointing authority member.
This section is not included in the different limit states (yield strength, fatigue, wear) the ability of checking rules.
This section does not apply to tower crane climbing mechanism and related components, does not apply to climbing frame.
