Determination of the erucic acid rapeseed and glucosinolates spectrophotometry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the erucic acid rapeseed, glucosinolate content determined by spectrophotometry.
This standard applies to quick detection of canola seed and commercial seed erucic acid, glucosinolate content.
The minimum detection limit of the method. 0.5% erucic acid, glucosinolate of 10μmol/g.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Rapeseed oil contained a cis Δ13- docosenoic acid, the fatty acid composition of the share percentages are expressed.
3.2
Micromoles of glucosinolates contained rapeseed, called glucosinolates per gram or per gram of rapeseed meal in the total amount of sulfur glycoside

Principle 4
4.1 Determination of erucic principle
Erucic acid rapeseed oil is different, different turbidity in polyethylene glycol octylphenyl ether ethanol solution to form, according to the turbidity and erucic acid containing
Determination of correlation between the amount of erucic acid.
4.2 Determination of glucosinolates principle
Rapeseed glucosinolates Aspergillus oryzae glucosinolates hydrolase reacts with glucosinolates degradation products, and o-methyl aniline ethanol solution generated with special
Intrinsic absorption of a colored product, the use of spectrophotometric determination of glucosinolate content.
