Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 23797-2009 "Methods for monitoring vector density of mosquitoes". Compared with GB/T 23797-2009, the main
The main technical changes are as follows.
---Modified the scope of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2009 edition);
---Added BG-Trap method, hand-held mosquito sampler method, double tent single trap method, double layer tent method, egg trap method (see 2.3,
2.6, 2.10.2, 2.10.3, 2.16);
---Modified the scope of application of the mosquito trap method and the larval straw method (see 2.1.1 and 2.12.1, 2.1.1 and 2.10.1 in the.2009 edition);
---Added the carbon dioxide trap method, animal trap method, inhabited mosquito trap method, human net trap method, animal net trap method, black box method
Appliances (see 2.2.2, 2.8.2, 2.9.2, 2.10.1.2, 2.10.4.2, 2.11.2);
---Modified the symbols and descriptions in the calculation formula of the Hundred Households Index (see 2.12.4.1, 2.10.4.1 in the.2009 edition);
---Added Figure B.1, Figure B.2, Figure B.4, Figure B.5, Figure B.7 (see Appendix B).

Vector density monitoring method mosquitoes
1 Scope
This standard specifies methods for monitoring mosquito density, including mosquito trap method, carbon dioxide trap method, BG-Trap method, and trapping of oviposition female mosquitoes.
Method, human trapping method, hand-held mosquito sampler method, swinging net method, animal trap method, inhabiting mosquito trap method, net trap method, black box method, larval straw
Method, larvae spoon trap method, path method, mosquito trap method, egg trap method.
This standard applies to mosquito density monitoring, including mosquito trap method, carbon dioxide trap method, BG-Trap method, oviposition female mosquito trap method, human
The trapping method, the hand-held mosquito sampler method, the swinging net method, the animal trap method, the inhabiting mosquito trap method, the net trap method, and the black box method are suitable for the monitoring of adult mosquitoes.
Test; Larvae straw method, larvae spoon trap method, and path method are suitable for the monitoring of larvae or pupae; the mosquito trap method is suitable for the monitoring of adult mosquitoes and eggs;
The egg cup method is suitable for egg monitoring.
2 Monitoring method
2.1 Mosquito trap method
2.1.1 Scope of application
It is suitable for the monitoring of adult mosquitoes such as Anopheles and Culex in animal stables and human houses.
2.1.2 Utensils and reagents
Mosquito trap, ether, etc.
2.1.3 Operation steps
Select the animal stables and occupants in use as indoor monitoring points, and the mosquito trap light source is 1.5m above the ground. 1h before sunset
Turn on the power and turn on the mosquito trap to trap mosquitoes until 1 hour after sunrise the next day, or determine the trapping time according to the monitoring purpose. After sealing the collector,
Turn off the power again. Collect, classify and count mosquitoes. Record the temperature, humidity and wind speed in time (see Table A.1 in Appendix A).
2.1.4 Density calculation
The density calculation is shown in formula (1).
2.2 Carbon dioxide mosquito trap method
2.2.1 Scope of application
It is suitable for the monitoring of adult mosquitoes such as Anopheles and Culex.
