Foreword
This revised standard adopts ISO 9073-9.2008 "Test methods for textile nonwovens - Part 9. Includes drape drape coefficient
Determination. "
This standard is based on ISO 9073-9.2008 redrafted with ISO 9073-9.2008 The main differences are as follows.
1. Standard name changed to "textile fabric drape determination" to delete the introduction;
2. Normative documents are canceled the ISO 186.2002 references on cardboard sample;
3. Remove the 3.4,3.8 and 3.9 Terminology and definitions and methods related to B;
4. Increasing the clamping plate is optional 12cm diameter (see 5.1.1 and 6.2.2);
5. Clear the starting time in the time the sample was allowed to stand [see 9.2c) and 10.2d)];
6. Delete method A test report of "computer software and version";
7. Test Method B simplifies the content, deleting the method B INSTRUCTION MANUAL related description and schematic;
8. Delete Chapter 11 Help About precision to be determined;
9. Increase the informative Appendix A.

1 Scope
The standard provides for fabric drape Test Method, Method A is paper ring method, Method B for the image processing method.
This standard applies to all types of textile fabrics.
Appendix A provides a method of measuring the dynamic drape of a fabric for reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
