1 Scope
This standard specifies the use of liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) Determination of textile products distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride
Method (DSDMAC) residues.
NOTE. DSDMAC typically having a carbon chain length of octadecyl and hexadecyl alkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride mixture composition, i.e. containing distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride,
Dicetyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and cetyl stearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride.
This standard applies to all types of textile products.

Principle 3
Sample after extracted with methanol to distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dicetyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and cetyl eighteen
Alkyl dimethyl ammonium chloride as the target analyte by liquid chromatography - qualitative tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS), quantitative determination.
4 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis reagents were analytical grade and GB/T 6682 provisions tertiary water.
4.1 Methanol (HPLC grade).
4.2 glacial acetic acid.
4.3 DSDMAC (CAS number. 107-64-2). Purity ≥97%.
4.4 acetic acid solution (0.05%). accurate Pipette 0.5mL glacial acetic acid (4.2) diluted with water to 1000mL.
4.5 standard stock solution (500mg/L). Weigh 0.1250gDSDMAC, dissolved in methanol, transferred set 250mL flask, with
Methanol to volume, shake.
NOTE. This solution was stored at ambient 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ in a period of one month.
4.6 standard solution. Imbibe standard stock solution (4.5), stepwise diluted with methanol to a concentration of 100μg/L, 200μg/L,
400μg/L, 600μg/L and 800μg/L series of standard working solution.
NOTE. This solution was stored at ambient 0 ℃ ~ 4 ℃ in a period of one month.
5 Apparatus and materials
5.1 Liquid chromatography - tandem quadrupole mass spectrometer (LC-MS/MS), equipped with electrospray ionization (ESI).
5.2 temperature controlled ultrasonic bath. operating frequency of 40kHz, 70 ℃ when the temperature control accuracy of ± 5 ℃.
5.3 organic film filter head. 0.45μm.
5.4 extractors. a tubular, densely occlusion, approximately 50mL, made of hard glass.
