| Summary | This standard specifies the power tool battery with DC switch (hereinafter referred to as switch) classification, security and performance of the basic requirements and corresponding test methods and inspection rules. This standard applies in the battery electric tools or similar appliances handle for turning on and off the battery pack to the motor power supply circuit, adjust the motor speed or change the motor direction of rotation manually DC switch (hereinafter referred to as switch). Switch rated voltage not exceeding 36V, rated current less than 40A. The switch is required to be passed from person to operate the actuator, or by excitation sensor operation. The actuator or sensor when the entity or electrically together with the switch, can be configured separately from the actuator may also contain, or sensor and signal transmission between the switches, such as electrical, optical, acoustic, or temperature signal transmission. |

Battery-operated electric tools DC switch
1 Scope
The main provisions of the standard battery electric tools DC switch (hereinafter referred to as the switch) the essential requirements and classification, security and performance
Appropriate test methods and inspection rules.
This standard applies to the battery housed in the handle electric tools or similar appliances, and for turning on and off the power supply to the motor battery pack
Circuit, adjust the motor speed or direction of motor rotation is changed manually DC switch (hereinafter referred to as switch). The switch does not exceed the rated voltage
Over 36V, rated current less than 40A.
The switch is to be prescribed by the people through the actuator operation, or by excitation sensor operation. Actuator or sensor can be electrically or physically
Combined with the switch on the air together, can also be configured separately, may also contain a signal transmission actuator or sensor and switch between, for example, electrical
The signal transmitting light, sound or temperature.
Note 1. Electronic switches may be combined with providing full disconnection or micro- disconnection of mechanical switches.
Note 2. The electronic switching power supply circuit with no mechanical switches provide only electronic disconnection. Therefore, the load circuit side is always considered as charged.
Switch or special purposes under special circumstances require the use of additional provisions in the product standard.
