1 Scope
This document describes the determination of clopidogrel in feeds by high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.

3 Terms and Definitions

4 High-performance liquid chromatography
4.1 Principle
The chloramphenicol in the sample was extracted with ammonia methanol, purified by alkaline alumina solid phase extraction column, and determined by high performance liquid chromatography using external standard method.
Quantitative.
4.2 Reagents or materials
Warning. The organic reagents used in the test are irritating to the upper respiratory tract. For safety reasons, protective measures should be taken during operation and the operation should be carried out in a fume hood.
Unless otherwise specified, only analytical grade reagents were used.
4.2.1 Water. GB/T 6682, Grade 1.
4.2.2 Methanol. chromatographic grade.
4.2.3 n-Hexane.
4.2.4 0.2% ammonia methanol solution. Accurately pipette 2 mL of ammonia, dilute to 1000 mL with methanol, and mix thoroughly.
4.2.5 Methanol solution. Measure 70 mL of methanol (4.2.2) and 30 mL of water and mix well.
4.2.6 Standard stock solution (200 μg/mL). Accurately weigh clopidogrel standard (CAS No. 2971-90-6, purity not less than 98%)
10 mg (accurate to 0.01 mg) was placed in a 50 mL brown volumetric flask, and dissolved with methanol (4.2.2) by ultrasonication, fixed to volume, and mixed. Store below -18 °C.

4.2.7 Standard series solution. Accurately pipette an appropriate amount of standard stock solution (4.2.6), dilute to volume with methanol solution (4.2.5), mix well, and prepare
