This standard is identical with ISO 14902.2001 "animal feed soybean trypsin inhibitor activity assay" (in English).
For ease of use, the standard ISO 14902.2001 includes the following editorial changes.
--- The "this International Standard" by "this standard";
--- Decimal by decimal points instead of the original text, "", ".";
--- Deleting the original standard name of "animal feed" the term used directly "soybean";
--- The Normative references in the "ISO 3696. 1987 for analytical laboratory use specifications and test methods" was changed to

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1

5 Reagents and materials
Use only analytical reagent.
5.1 Water. the lowest level 3, in line with GB/T 6682 requirements.
5.2 Sodium hydroxide solution. Ba (NaOH) = 0.01mol/L.
5.3 hydrochloric acid solution. Ba (HCl) = 6mol/L.
5.4 hydrochloric acid solution. Ba (HCl) = 1mol/L.
5.5 hydrochloric acid solution. Ba (HCl) = 0.1mol/L.
5.6 hydrochloric acid solution. Ba (HCl) = 0.001mol/L.
Acetic acid solution 5.7. Ba (CH3COOH) = 5.3mol/L.
5.8 calcium chloride (CaCl2 · 2H2O).
5.9 calcium chloride hydrochloric acid solution. Weigh 0.735g calcium chloride (5.8) was dissolved in 1L0.001mol/L hydrochloric acid solution (5.6), the pH is adjusted
