This document defines the terminology and definitions for vitamin A-fortified edible oils, and specifies their classification, quality requirements, testing methods, and inspection procedures. This includes rules, labeling, packaging, storage, transportation, and sales. This document applies to vitamin A-fortified edible oils processed from edible vegetable oils.
