This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting. This document replaces GB/T 21123-2007 "Edible Oils Fortified with Vitamin A". Compared with GB/T 21123-2007, the following changes are made. 1 Scope

This document defines the terminology and definitions for vitamin A-fortified edible oils, and specifies their classification, quality requirements, testing methods, and inspection procedures. This includes rules, labeling, packaging, storage, transportation, and sales. This document applies to vitamin A-fortified edible oils processed from edible vegetable oils.

3 Terms and Definitions
