Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules of GB/T 1.1-2009 and GB/T 20000.2-2009 given.
This standard replaces GB/T 21096-2007 "Health UV radiation UV lamp requirements and measuring methods" and GB/T 21096-
The main technical changes compared to 2007 are as follows.
--- Removed from the standard scope of application of high intensity discharge lamps and definitions of terms, general measurement conditions and other relevant provisions (2007
Chapter 1 edition);
--- Increasing the normative documents IEC 60081.2005, IEC 60901.2007, IEC 62471.2006 (see Chapter 2);
--- Increasing the nominal value and rating definitions (see 3.10, 3.11);
--- General measurement conditions adds description of the test voltage and the ballast operating frequency (see 4.4, 4.5);
--- Increased testing requirements Description of additional requirements on ultraviolet measurements and electrical measurement requirements (see 5.1);
--- Deleted on the total spectral radiant flux measurement instructions, and used in the calculation instead of spectral irradiance and increases on spectrum
Notes radiant flux measurement system instructions (see 5.2, Chapter 6, 2007 Edition 5.2);
--- Spectral irradiance measurement range to the range of 250nm ~ 400nm, and the increase of non-melanoma skin cancer for
(NMSC) for instructions (see Chapter 6, Chapter 7, 2007 version 6.1);
--- Increasing the calculation process is explained on a correction coefficient (see 6.3);
