| Summary | This standard specifies the general principles of metal materials evaluation and selection, requirements and recommended methods. Failure of these devices will give staff and the public health and safety or the environment caused great harm. This section helps prevent equipment corrosion damage such a high price. This section complement rather than replace the relevant design standards and norms or association already in materials technology requirements. This section describes all the hydrogen sulfide corrosion cracking caused by the mechanism, including sulfide stress cracking, stress corrosion cracking, begging induced cracking and ladder-type crack, directional hydrogen induced stress cracking, soft zone galvanic induced cracking and hydrogen stress cracking. Table 1 shows the list applicable to this part of the exhaustive equipment, including the permitted exceptions. This section applies to the selection and evaluation criteria for the design and conventional elastic materials used in manufacturing equipment. This section does not necessarily apply to refining or downstream processing equipment. |
