Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 20370-2006 "Guidelines for the Classification of Biocatalyst Enzyme Preparations". Compared with GB/T 20370-2006, the main
The main technical changes are as follows.
---Changed the standard name;
--- Changed the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2006 edition);
---The normative references have been changed (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.2006 edition);
---Changed the terms and definitions of "enzyme preparation", "low temperature enzyme", "medium temperature enzyme", "high temperature enzyme", "acid enzyme", "neutral enzyme" and "alkaline enzyme" (see
3.3, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, 3.10, 3.11 and 3.12, the.2006 version of 3.2, 3.4, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9 and 3.10);
---Added the terms and definitions of "ribozyme", "intracellular enzyme", "extracellular enzyme", "enzyme activity" and "enzyme activity unit" (see 3.2, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15
And 3.16);
---The terms and definitions of "normal temperature enzymes", "enzyme preparations for food industry", "enzyme preparations for feed industry" and "enzyme preparations for other industries" have been deleted
(See the.2006 version of 3.5, 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13);
--- Added "Classification by dosage form" (see 4.3);
---Changed "Classification by enzyme preparation use" and "Classification by enzyme substrate" (see 4.4 and 4.6, 4.1 and 4.4 in the.2006 edition);
---Changed the "naming and numbering" (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.2006 edition).
