This standard replaces GB/T 2033-1980 "Tan."
This standard with GB/T 2033-1980 compared to the main changes are as follows.
--- Increasing the foreword;
--- Adds the concept of milk lamb indicators beach goat lambs;
--- The perfect body size sheep, wool, meat production and reproductive performance indicators.
Appendix A of this standard is an informative annex.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the characteristics of sheep breeds and rating methods.
This standard applies to the identification of sheep and ratings varieties.
2 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
2.1
Tan lamb after birth within 60 days.
2.2
Also known as lamb hair enough, hair length to reach 7cm ~ 8cm, about 35 days after birth, the lamb.
2.3
Mao Guchang insufficient 7cm and sheep lambs born within 30 days of the slaughter of sheep stripping.
2.4
Shares having hair tight, obviously bent, wavy hair shares, more than 30-day-old lambs slaughtered stripping fur.
2.5
Beach goat slaughtered lamb obtained lamb.
2.6
Slaughter more than 60 days, ewe lamb wether or 12 months of age or have not yet obtained permanent tooth.
