This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document replaces GB/T 20134-2006 "Road Traffic Information Collection Event Information Set" and is consistent with GB/T 20134-2006.
Compared to previous versions, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The scope has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2006 edition);
---The content of the event information set has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 3 of the.2006 edition);
---The regulations regarding basic accident information have been revised (see 5.2.1, 4.2.1 of the.2006 version);
---The regulations regarding the structure of relevant personnel information have been revised (see 5.2.2, 4.2.2 of the.2006 version);
---The rules regarding the structure of road anomaly information have been changed (see Chapter 6, Chapter 6 of the.2006 edition);
---Added provisions for the "Traffic Control Information Set" (see Chapter 7);
---Added provisions for the "Traffic Disaster Information Set" (see Chapter 8);
---The regulations regarding the basic information structure for vehicle breakdowns have been revised (see 9.2.1, 5.2.1 of the.2006 version);
