Introduction
GB/T 19668 "Information Technology Service Supervision" is a general standard to guide my country's information technology service supervision.
GB/T 19668 is intended to be composed of seven parts.
--- Part 1.General. The purpose is to provide information system engineering supervision and related information in information system engineering construction and operation and maintenance.
General principles and general requirements for information technology services.
--- Part 2.Infrastructure engineering supervision specifications. The purpose is to clarify the supervision objectives and supervision tasks of each stage of the infrastructure project
and supervision points.
--- Part 3.Specifications for operation and maintenance supervision. The purpose is to clarify the supervision objectives, supervision tasks and supervision of each stage of operation and maintenance.
gist.
--- Part 4.Information security supervision specifications. The purpose is to clarify the supervision of information security supervision work in each stage of information system engineering.
Management objectives, supervision tasks and supervision points.
--- Part 5.Specifications for software engineering supervision. The purpose is to clarify the supervision objectives, supervision tasks and supervision requirements of each stage of software engineering.
points and supervisory documentation requirements.
--- Part 6.Application systems. Specifications for data center engineering supervision. The purpose is to clarify the application system in addition to the computer room and other infrastructure
Supervision objectives and supervision services at each stage of data center engineering supervision other than construction and construction.
--- Part 7.Supervision workload measurement requirements. The purpose is to clarify the deployment, implementation, operation and maintenance of information system engineering construction.
The requirements of workload measurement of link supervision tasks provide guidance for the measurement and evaluation of supervision service workload.
Information Technology Service Supervision
Part 7.Supervision workload measurement requirements
1 Scope
This document specifies the measurement requirements of supervision workload from two aspects. supervision object and supervision workload measurement.
This document applies to workload measurement for information systems engineering supervision services.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 19668.1-2014 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
monitoring workload
The workload generated when the supervision work task (single supervision work task or a collection of multiple supervision work tasks) is completed.
Note. The supervision workload is generally measured in person·day (or person·month, person·year).
3.2
project project
The object of implementation of supervision.
3.3
The supervision activities carried out for the project operation and maintenance engineering during the supervision operation.
Note. The operation and maintenance supervision work may cover all stages of the bidding, implementation and evaluation of the operation and maintenance project.
4 Overview
The supervision work cycle includes planning and design links, deployment and implementation links, operation and maintenance links, etc.
There are significant differences in the workload of supervision due to different tasks.
