4.General Requirements
4.1 Personnel Requirements
Technical personnel implementing prevention and control measures should undergo relevant technical training, strictly adhere to operating procedures, and ensure the safety of humans and animals.
4.2 Facility and Equipment Requirements
4.2.1 The medicinal bath should be leak-proof and built in a low-lying area, away from residential areas and drinking water sources for humans and livestock.
4.2.2 Medicated bath and medicated shower equipment shall be used in accordance with the procedures specified in the operating instructions.
4.3 Requirements for Imported Sheep
Sheep should be introduced in accordance with quarantine requirements. After deworming, sheep should not be grazed for 5 days; they should be kept in enclosures, and their manure should be collected and fermented.
