Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document supersedes GB/T 19190-2013 "Drilling and Lifting Equipment for the Oil and Gas Industry" and is consistent with GB/T 19190-2013.
In comparison, aside from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---The scope of application has been changed (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.2013 edition);
---The term "bearing rated load" has been changed to "bearing rated dynamic load" (see 3.1,.2013 edition), and "same design" has been removed.
Seven terms and definitions, including "principle" (see sections 3.1.7, 3.1.8, and 3.1.16–3.1.20 of the.2013 edition);
---Added classification models and representation methods for lifting equipment (see Chapter 4);
---General rules for improving equipment technical requirements have been added (see 5.1);
---Added basic parameter specifications for lifting equipment (see 5.2);
---Added structural dimensional requirements for connectors (see 5.3.4);
---The thread requirements for gooseneck tube connections have been changed [see 5.3.8.2b, 9.9.4 in the.2013 edition];
---Requirements for rolling bearings, pressure vessels, and pipelines have been removed (see 9.14 and 9.15 of the.2013 edition);
---The requirement to increase the safety factor of pulley design has been added (see 6.9.1);
---The size range of shadow A has been changed (see Figure 12, Figure 5 in the.2013 version);
---The requirement for reduction of area in the thickness direction of steel plates has been changed (see 7.5.3.3, 6.3.6 in the.2013 version);
---The range of yield strengths for elongation requirements has been changed (see Table 15, Table 3 in the.2013 edition);
---Acceptance requirements for surface NDE and volume NDE of welds have been added (see 7.7.5.4);
---Added the requirement that fatigue life be evaluated before products that have undergone design verification testing leave the factory (see 8.1.1.3);
---Requirements for non-destructive testing and first-article load testing have been added (see 8.1.1.4);
---The flag requirement in APISpec 8C has been removed (see 10.1 in the.2013 version);
---The marking requirements for lifting pulleys and combination equipment have been changed (see Chapter 9, 9.2.6 and 10.3 of the.2013 edition).
