Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 18324-2001 "Sliding Bearings - Copper Alloy Bushings". Compared with GB/T 18324-2001, the only differences are in the structural design.
Aside from integration and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Added symbols (see Chapter 4);
---Added dimensional and tolerance requirements outside the dimensional range (see Chapter 5);
---The tolerance requirements for the inner diameter have been changed (see Table 4);
--- Surface roughness has been changed (see Chapter 7, Chapter 5 in the.2001 edition).
This document is modified to adopt ISO 4379.2024 "Dimensions and tolerances of copper alloy bushings for sliding bearings".
The technical differences between this document and ISO 4379.2024 are as follows.
--- Replace ISO 2768-1 with GB/T 1804 (see Chapter 8);
---Change the tolerance of d1 from "E6" to "E7".

1 Scope
This document specifies the dimensions and tolerances of cylindrical bushings and flange bushings with an inner diameter d1 of 6 mm to.200 mm.
This document applies to single-layer copper alloy bushings with or without oil holes and oil grooves as sliding bearings.
