Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB/T 18185-2000 "hydrologic instrument reliability technical requirements", compared with the GB/T 18185-2000, in addition to editing Modifications, mainly technical changes as follows. a) modify the original standard part of the instrument reliability index; b) increase the reliability of the instrument indicators are as follows. 1) optical meter of rain and snow; 2) Water level radar, laser level indicator; 3) standard water evaporator, self-recording/telemetry evaporator; 4) soil moisture monitoring instruments; 5) Acoustic Doppler velocity profile meter (ADCP), horizontal cross-sectional Acoustic Doppler Current Meter (H-ADCP); 6) water quality monitoring equipment and analytical instruments. c) Remove the original standard in Appendix A (a sampling program), direct reference to the relevant standard sampling table; d) the original standard "sampling and verification assessment methods" move the contents of Appendix B; e) provides the reliability R (t) of the working hours.
